My approach
I offer therapy that is compassionate, collaborative and down-to-earth. My background is in person-centred therapy, which trusts and honours your lived experience and perspective. I specialise in creative arts and play therapy, for when words aren’t enough. I also bring the rigour of science through relational neuroscience and practical strategies informed by cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).
With extensive training in child and adolescent mental health, I offer specialist psychotherapy to teenagers, children and parents.
Research and teaching
Alongside my clinical work, I teach and supervise research at the New School of Psychotherapy and Counselling, a postgraduate college specialising in existential therapy and diversity. My sessions are informed by the most recent research, including work on neurodiversity, gender, sexuality and culturally appropriate therapy.

FAQs
When are sessions available?
I work term-time only, and currently I have space on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons, including some early evening slots. My practice is intentionally small and creative, with new openings and offerings throughout the year.
Do you work with neurodivergent clients?
Yes. I have experience working with neurodivergent clients, with or without a formal diagnosis, and have particular expertise in ADHD and autism. I take a neuroaffirming stance and focus on my clients’ unique lived experience of their neurodiversity.
Do you offer therapy for couples or families?
No. I focus on one-to-one work with adults, children, teenagers and parents. Working with individuals, my approach is informed by family therapy principles. Together, we often explore the relationships, patterns, and dynamics that shape your experience.
